B006 Shopkeeper's Alphabet

8" x 5.5" $14.00

I found a gorgeous old set of alphabet stamps at the fleamarket last summer, complete and still in a lovely hinged wooden case. The stamps were originally used by shopkeepers in the early 1900's to to make sale signs and the like. These letters are a much smaller size than the originals (the capital A is a little under 1/2" tall), but just perfect for stamping into clay, for journaling, and for stamping out addresses on your envelopes. I just love this alphabet. (Hint: MaVinci's Reliquary has a very similar set but BIG! Check it out!) Click here to find out how to order.
